roh, you surprise me with your expectation that the Sinosteel share issue will not take place. Your faith in WM is indeed strong if you think he can complete the plant without Sinosteel taking $22m in shares.
The quarterly will be an interesting read, although I expect we will have more photo opportunity announcements before then.
