re: copper back over $2 The AFP report is due out in January & the MIGA ombudsman report should surely be released shortly - I can't imagine there is much to fear from either but would expect S&G to be awaiting the AFP report before deciding on the fate of their action.
It's a waiting game as usual with this stock but operationally we'll be booming in January if we can get legal clearance from this matter.
