Isnt this semi analogous to the term 'data dredging' that the blogger from "In The Pipeline" keeps harping on about?
The trial fails so they move the goal posts by looking for a subgroup or different endpoint to get it over the line.
But this is not exclusive to Prima... no doubt plenty of other oz biotechs will be doing the same when they are faced with shit or inconclusive trial results...
