Agree. The new board looks to be split, with 50% of the board comprising of Confederate Capital members (who are a majority shareholder in EMR). Confederate want to grow their holding to approx 45% of EMR with an offer to buy a third of everyone's shares... and it remains to be seen what they want to do with our company.
I hope ASIC watch subsequent events closely.
What are the chances of Confederate issuing a Statement advising what they intend to do to grow Emerald for the benefit of ALL shareholders ?
