The related presentation indicates there are no conditions to the USD250m loan and the interest rate looks OK. There could be a problem meeting interest payments if the POG goes to low or if the AUD tanks along with the POG, thereby making interest payments in AUD terms more expensive while profitability is down.
I think the critical figure for their operations is AUD POG 1300. We are almost there now.
