For a company without the cash to proceed with development of the mine I would imagine that off-take agreement would have to be an essential requirement for raising finance to proceed to production. I realise that it would have been substantially better if they had tipped some dollars into the development, although this would probably been at a cost (reduced price paid for product). This must surely be a much better place than we have been in.
