    Yes,one wonders.
    TCQ were in the property funds management business and sold out,not through choice ,but more from directives from bankers in relation to bank covenants,I suspect.

    Now they want to re-enter this business.

    I would be happy for the company to realise assets and return funds back to shareholders,given the gap between share price and stated NTA
