    MVT is a classic value buyer wait for the proceeds to be paid back to sharholders..... they have brought in at an average price of 14.5 cents according to substantial holder notice.

    I like they believe 20- 22 cents will be paid back to shareholders post debt paydown that should occur pre years end.
