Hi Firsova.
In the Consolidated financial report for the year ended 30 June 2013 it was reported "the new filter press is expected to be fully operational by late October".
My understanding is it refers to the quote above.
I dont have any more information other than that sorry.
I will add, it is my hope that the above information is correct, but as we have seen, chinese whispers are potentially unreliable, hence my use of the words supposedly and hopefully, as I didnt hear this first hand.
