Rodin makes a good point that the recently appointed Director & Company Secretary are from CVC Limited who also sit #4 on the registry with 12% of the company so likely took the placement ? I think the thing to garner from the tightness of the registry & their positions to the board of both sub holder & company hierarchy pretty much puts them instrumental in the move on DD & massive incentive to deliver a good deal - once that tail end of Trojans out I'd speculate available stock will be hard to come by.
