MEETING: SKC: Annual Meeting of Shareholders - Results

SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited is pleased to advise that the following
resolutions were passed at its annual meeting of shareholders held today in
Auckland:

Resolution 1: Election of Nigel Morrison as a director

Resolution 2: Re-election of Bruce Carter as a director

Resolution 3: Re-election of Chris Moller as a director

Resolution 4: Nigel Morrison's participation in the SKYCITY Chief Executive

  Officer's Long Term Incentive Plan

Resolution 5: Auditor's remuneration

In addition, pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.3.3(a), the board has determined
