The rail deal doesn't appear to be any closer than before. I'm starting to wonder why this is taking so long. FMG is in a strong position and some of the broker updates I've seen today appear concerned about the access charge. The sp seems to be sitting at or above the target for 4 of the 5 updates that I've seen today.
