Yes, the Axiron royalty income is entirely out of Acrux's hands now, and management shouldn't be getting any credit - or blame if sales go poorly - for that. They seem to be sitting on their hands, when they should be pushing the pipeline as fast as they can or looking for a sale of the entire technology platform. If they just assume an Eli Lilly takeover, they'll probably get one eventually, just at a greatly reduced price
