chartists input wanted on blt please , page-19

looking at the differences between the top 20 announced on the 26/7 compared to the most recent on 15/10 it appears citicorp had exited their position only to buy back in. the run from 28 to 40 personally seems where the buying took place. was just wondering if the ta guys think that the current run is similar to the buying pattern shown in early/mid sept. i'm just trying to get my head around who is taking a large position of late.
