Bell has had a target price of $1.60/sh for some time now (more than 12 months), and BNO was above 60 cents a year ago before it languished for a year around 30 cents. Only one of BNO's late development discoveries has been signed up by Big Pharmas (Merck's contract was for something that BNO is at early stage, I recall).

One other analyst has a target price of only 90 cents, by the above info suggests that BNO does have considerable upside potential, IMO. Might take another year with many zig zags in between, or the sp might continue to rise this week onward, but clearly has potential.
