    * a major producer of titanium & zircon which has made a new and significant mineral sands discovery in the Eucla Basin in SA ... follow up drilling on the Tripitaka deposit is due to take place early in 2006

    * zircon prices are on the rise with a global shortage looming

    * ILU's NPAT last year was $81 million and at end of last FY had cash reserves of $30 million

    * EPS growth rate of 54% in 2005 is expected

    * PE is only around 11.2 and gearing is a respectable 25%

    * share price is volatile but an inverted H & S pattern on the ILU chart looks promising.

    * at under $8.00 I think they are worth accumulating - a I have grabbed a few this morning
