The part of that report that catches my interest:
"Baraka and New York Securities have been continuously approached by numerous London & New York based funds to get involved and they will no doubt be in discussions with other brokers & retail investors regarding potential for any shortfall, as the shortfall is directly open to retail investors as a result of a Prospectus Offering."
I hope that this is the case as I have the feeling that there could be quite the shortfall...
