All the talk of further shares being issued at this price, that price, this quantity , that quantity was speculation and that was the message I was sending.

If only posters had waited as I suggested until the facts were known, all the unnecessary chatter could have been avoided .

You cannot have a sensible debate on a topic without having a clear understanding of the matter to be debated.

Now we know the finance details, the percent of interest to be charged and the repayment time frame ,we have factual matter to discuss and not conjecture.

To have obtained a $100 million dollar loan facility is a feather in Wayne's cap. Building up a long term relationship with the Chinese through having an office in China was an unusual move by a junior explorer but it has paid handsome dividends over the years and now Wayne has secured that finance without further share dilution.

It is surprising to me that, seeing the successes of CuDeco , other junior explorers have not seen what can be achieved by having their own offices in China particularly as they are having extreme difficulty in getting their projects off the ground and China is, as Wayne has proved, a source of finance in tough times.

It is very pleasing to see that such a large loan facility is available for the mining of Rocklands.
