Just because there hasn't been much to talk about I thought I'd post my predicted EMA timetable (abridged version)
At the moment the Rapporteur and Co-Rapporteur are intently studying the documents submitted by BSI on behalf of TIS. During December and January they will be reporting back to CHMP and a list of questions will be drafted and decided upon.
23/1/2014 - List of questions sent to BSI

If BSI are quick to liaise with TIS and prepare a response then the response will be submitted 22/2/2014. If not then late March. Assuming the first optinistic scenario:

    24/2/2014 - Assessment restarts

More work by rapporteur and co-rapporteur in March and April.

25/4/2014 Either a POSITIVE OPINION (Yes!) or a list of outstanding issues will be circulated back to BSI

I think this is an optimistic date and it is more likely to be the following month 22/5/2014 that we will receive a positive outcome.

A pessimistic view would have us having to deal with a list of outstanding issues which would push the final positive opinion back to 24/7/2014 or even 25/9/2014 (this would be terrible and in my opinion very unlikely)

Maybe someone wants to take this scenario to the AGM for comment??
