The non executive director who bought the 1 million shares did not have any shares nor options at all prior... He's 64 yrs old and he is putting his cash into 1 mill shares at 0.31 cts at total value $310,000 in his super fund...
WOULD HE BE DOING THIS IF HE THOUGHT IT WAS A BIT IFFY???
