I also mentioned the bears would be reading about it 6-9 months too late ;-)
Couple of friends have taken advantage of that market with very well placed properties on the waterways. Bargains imo
Those properties will always be a good long term buy with those that have money/ love the fishing/ retirement dreams etc.
Especially buying in last 12 months.
