If you get to the point where you can't repay a loan on the contracted terms then reality is that you have your back to the wall.
You state that in those circumstances you simply refinance. Not that easy in reality.
I say that they will be aiming to repay the loan as contracted and therefore divis will wait until that is complete.
That is reality.
