And what about all the talks about CDU not doing any sort of debts financing which was supposed to be a real bad bad thing, and that a such it was a real NO NO for CDU. There was no way in the whole wide World that WM would do such a thing it was also said from memory. Wasn't then all that talks nothing else but speculations and conjectures as well.?

There is not, and there has never been in my honest opinion anything wrong with doing some debts financing if one can service the loan, especially in the current monetary environment hovering around the World at the present time. That is how smart people and investors make money by using OPM's moneys. It was only the club members that thought it to be totally out of the question, and impossible to happen.

Live and let live as they say. Especially when we are posting in an anonymous forum where everyone, (within the boundaries of the HC rules of course), should be allowed to post his or hers views without interference.
