According to a leading consultancy on salary guidance, for a CFO of a comparable company size, Susan should be on $130k - $240k. If it were performance related, probably more closely aligned with the lower end of the scale. Why the $500k+ package?
It's a shame the remuneration committee didn't pick this up.
