Sounds like a smart move in my view
- low cost exposure to O&G (CSG) for Calibre by doing a marketing JV rather than say an acquisition.
- continuing to diversify Calibre's revenue streams.
- Significant Australian interest in the North American and Canadian CSG experience, which JV partner True North will bring.
Will be interesting to see how this progresses.
