For those that care, I know of another company where NOble injected capital for a placement of shares and sales rights ..... the premium Noble paid was about 80% more than the SP at time of placement.

Gives you an indication what one of the words largest commodities traders thinks of SDL's value !

You would think GJ would have apporached some of the suitors participating in the tender but if he did, clearly they were not prepared to kick the tin for some loose change (based on 747's estimate of value)
