I dont see the big deal about the company related deal announced today . What sort of companies rise by 23% on a one off deal , the only companies i know are the bubble one's.
SMA isnt profitable yet attracts a $70m valuation. Less than $2m cash left perhaps. Currently trading at 130 times yearly revenue based on that 70m market cap. I have used 45,000 AUS revenue per month. I know the sector leader alibaba trades at 16 times revenue , Asx listed NNW trades at 19 times revenue.
SMA needs to grow 6.5 times faster than alibaba and NNW to justify its valuation, alibaba holds 75% of the mobile commerce market. SMA is overvalued by miles imo. The quarterly will show that's so as well.
Sma does have its other division but it hasnt generated any revenue for a while. Todays announcement is another opportunity for some to offload imo.
