Mal...agree at some time the 'stated' opportunies need to be converted to $$$'s... this whole sector is going 'gang busters' with huge dollars being invested in take overs/mergers/JV's let alone new aspiring entrants who see the potential...a volatile market provides traders the chance to ply their trade...take profits.
The end of month figures will be a test of the markets committment?...but with the speed to do deals still prevelant and established players setting up in competition to SMA it's going to be interesting!
