Well there we have it - 382 punters took up the offer, spending nearly $46K to buy a few over 6.5M shares (that's a bit over $100 worth each, wow).
Given they were trying to offload 38M shares, that is a huge shortfall and vote of no confidence in the Board/management.
And now they're off to see if they can get rid of the rest via a "placement" - good luck, somebody must have more money than sense.
