I admire your optimism. However, at the time of GJ's comment re "serious re-rating" which was during the first week of Oct, the share price was at low 7c and at yesterday close, it was nearly doubled. This in itself is quite a 'serious-re-rating' already.
Sure, the price may gone up much further if SDL can pull of the project (which I believe they have better chance now given Noble involvement). However, I think this will be a while away and not Nov.
