Yes indeed Sector .... if waterfront in a beachside or near beachside suburb was within my reach I would happily buy and hold knowing it will always do better down here. I dont have the 750k entry level dollars, even though the bank would lend it, I dont want that big a weight of a mortgage around my neck.
