Love your work Wazbee. $30 billion interest would mean the yield on govt bonds is like >10%. Are you sure about dat partner? 10 year bond yield is 4%. Using that 4%, work backwards, do a double flip somersault, touch your toes and dance a jig and you might come up with the correct annual interest bill.
I suggest you also do the same with that $50 billion number. You might want to give us a link... actually dont because I know you plucked that out from somewhere unpleasant.
