What a fantastic partner to team up with. Do yourself a favor and have a look at GDF Suez Company profile, a world leading energy company. Yes the cash component may have been small, but this was never going to be the money maker deal. The leverage DTE can get from this partnership is priceless. FOE and the like have in recent times attacked the financial stability of DTE, they can shelve that now. What is brilliant is that only 10% of our overall UK acerage was offloaded. That means we team up with a world leading, cashed up, respected partner to maximize the value of the 10% stake so we can get maximum return for the remaining 90% at a later date. And remember this is only the UK assets!!

This latest announcement will certainly not diminish chances of a positive outcome from Airth decision. Our new found partners environmental and water treatment skills may be very beneficial. We should be hearing an update any day now on how long the determination process will take ( looking like early 2014).

Those prepared to sit this out for 3-5yrs in my opinion will be very very well rewarded.
