Not sure as the last report I saw (August 2012) indicated start up production target was 0.5-1.0 Mtpa. This would then be ramped up to 2.4 Mtpa subject to rail allocation to Port Elizabeth.
Trucking is typically a higher cost solution for bulk commodities so I suspect the JV would likely seek to increase rail capacity to reach its target 2.4 Mtpa.
