via new issue participation,please study the following:-

Shares on issue= 2,045,655,046 @$0.005=$10,378,275
New shares to be issued= 518,913,761
Total Shares on issue=2,594,568,807 @$0.005=

$10,378,275(CV), divided by 2,594,568,807=$0.004.C.M.V.

As you can see, the capital value of BKP has not increased, (and why should it?),it remains the same as per pre-issue.
In other words, the same size pie, has to be divided into a greater number of slices
EACH AT A LESSER CAPITAL VALUE!!

If you wish to avoid dilution of capital,then recover the outstanding loans,reduce directors emoluments and finance the up-coming field works internally...
