That's not happening studs, and a lot of negativity surrounding AVB, because a lot of short termers got burnt. You see, short termers were planning on doing a quick flip at 10-15c in the not too distant future. Now they find out that, not only have they been CRed, but now they hav e to wait a couple of months before infill and finance is secured. Not part of their plan, and so they are pissed.

Most long termers are thinking of this dilution as a necessary evil, and have recognised that in the long term, we may be better off because we can fast track stage 2.
The money is once again moving from the short term hands to long term hands at the moment IMO.
