    I'm sure QVT and TZ think the sp is underdone, hell they probably wish it was $1 like most of us.

    While it's positive the notes issue is put to bed, nothing has changed operationally (that us mushroom shareholders know about anyway). The recent sp action is bizarre and IMO obviously orchestrated. If deals are on the way and driving the sp, then the leak in the TZ ship would but the hole in the titanic to shame.
