robjb5 - I doubt the on-lent shareholders funds can be reclaimed; I think that, effectively, BKP loaned the cash to themselves, and I'm guessing it's already been spent. Probably mostly on that (IMO) very shonky iron sands thing.
The Philippines is the basket case of S.E. Asia - it's even more corrupt and dodgy than Indonesia, and that's saying something!
