It seems fairly clear that ANB, our suitor, do not yet have the funds from asset sales. Maybe they'll get those funds soon!!! Bergen are still selling, and they, at last count from the Annual Report, held 3.9m shares, or just under 5%. Bergen still act like they normally do- just sell, sell, like they are doing today. I reckon it takes one year to remove Bergen from site post-official exit from them- they have the share sale agreement, then the interest agreement which gives them more free shares, etc.
KRB and ANB are both held up by this stall. I don't blame KRB- it has done everything it could, but we have a situation of ANB buying our house before they have sold their own house.
This one is a(nother) good lesson for me- don't rush in to these deals, because they often take forever! Come in at the last second, and money is there to be made.
