Appointment of Director
The Pyne Gould Corporation Limited ("PGC") Board today resolved to appoint a
new director, Mr Michael Carolan.
Mr Carolan has an extensive background in capital markets having had past
roles with Macquarie as well as currently being a director of Equity Partners
Infrastructure Company No. 1 Limited.
Mr Mogridge, the Chairman of PGC welcomed Mr Carolan on to the Board and
noted he is not independent.
