no way maxhog. eddy got ABC into massive debts by overpaying for learning centres at 14x EBIT. too much debt caused his demise. GEM is keeping an excellent low debt balance sheet and only paying 4X EBIT on learning centres they purchase. If the guys at Montgomery like them a lot, and they are very conservative fundamental investors, I wouldn't worry about your comparison to ABC learning centres.
