It's tough on the nerves but the last update was on 25 September and the update before that was 29 August. So, there would be nothing out of the ordinary if the next update is released with the September quarter report next week.
As to continuing exploration: they seem to be doing 'infill drilling' (or the fan drilling equivalent) on Guchab so there won't be an awful lot for the geos to do otherwise. Provided that they maintain the momentum to submit a mining licence application for Guchab, that is all that really matters at the moment.
We just have to wait for the report, which should be next week.
