Even of the expectations of licences, I think the market is thinking that CEL, may not have enough cash, and will either have to do a capital raising, or perhaps not get much cash from a JV
Clearly the market isn't factoring in the potential upside in future, and is more concerned about their immediate future.....
FA wise, this is a great investment, TA is telling us otherwise at this point. So let the Technicals join the party and you should see a nice woooshka in my opinion
