All the directors' salary are below $80K anyway. ( Note: John is MD & Cecilia is Company Secretary, therefore not falls under Director's category).
So if shareholder vote " NO " to directors' remuneration report, Managing Director's salary AND Company Secretary's are still immune from SH vote? ( can any one please confirm this ? ). MD ($467,417) + Company Secretary's ($207,500)salary both represent more than 70% of TOTAL key management personnels' salary.. how about that!
I wonder if there is any other avenue for shareholder to legally voice their concern?
