It will end up a shell because they will sell the EOX shares to fund what they want to do thats the only attraction to this stock the $14m which allows them to go and do what they have in mind
Once they have put another deal in that will allow them to sell off the Kentucky assets they will have to hold the Kentucky until they put in what they have in mind, possibly
They will still have 940m shares on issue
The new directors investors are putting thier own money into this and will become shareholders just like you me and OCH
I reiterate that the big attraction to EMR is EOX and the sale of them for this new group to do whatever they have in mind
A great bank balance for any small cap company
major attraction is why all the fuss and control issues
