What you all need to understand is that Neon is not a marketing company and Ken in particular as mentioned in previous posts from up to 2 years ago is not a great PR / Salesperson . Ken has his own style which is under promise and over deliver . Im 100% sure that if this was other unmentioned junior oilers that we would of seen more hype , announcements and loads of PR to keep major investors happy . We will always trade below our true value and will always be subject to manipulation when information is slow and typically downplayed until old Ken boy hires a gun PR like TShirt and some others on here
