Ann: Change of Director's Interest Notice x 3, page-2

re: Ann: Change of Director's Interest No... I have been in MNE a while now as they are too cheap to discard and the story looks promising. But I am a little perplexed at the holdings of shares by the key persons in MNE and would like some brainstorm or comment from others with a bit more knowledge if I can ask.

I noticed in the Annual Report that although the three main players Winton/Zeffron/Colin have lots of Options, they do not really hold lots of Fully Paid Shares. They have only 1.5% of the total shares offered or 3.26 million between the three. That is around $78K at todays SP.

I noticed too that their combined salaries came to $391,291 for 2013. But how much of that went back into shares via on market purchases? I cannot find any in 2013?

How is it that these guys don't have much "skin" in their own game if they are saying that the prospects are so great?

I own shares so not trying to bash the company at all. Just very confused as to why the 3 key figures in staff have so little $$$ in the way of shares.

Can someone enlighten me please?
