I agree carnage, people are on the sidelines.
Last presentation suggests PEN is looking for $100M in debt financing; $22M of which has just come available with Blackrock notes.
Still another $80M odd to come.
The announcements that will fire the SP are going to be SML issue and funding done.
SML will be in March 2014. I expect funding to be known before then, and I'm hoping prior to end of 2013.
Would be nice to see the SP testing the supply at 5c by Christmas.....
