managements integrity

Considering the recent development in the offer pricing brings a question in mind about the managements integrity towards shareholders and company. Personally I believe that the management is acting for their personal goals rather than shareholders and if anyone of you beleive the same should show the management it's place i.e. out of the company for it's better prospect. Also when management is talking about the payment to be made to the twinkle as off immediate. I think as the deal was done without the approval of shareholders they are personally liable for the payment under company law or can be held liable.So instead of getting worried about this things lets move forward and show this three the doors (outward) and than start taking necessary legal actions under company law.
