After chewing over all the information on here and elsewhere I have just lodged my online vote.

I have voted for the "Proposed New Directors".

My reasoning goes like this...

The present board were perhaps too conservative in their outlook. While I completely understand their trying to conserve cash and not upset anyone until the situation became clearer, it not too much different to coming to a fork in the road and being frozen with fear about whether to go left or right.

Best I think to make a determination and choose one, even if events later show the other choice was a better one.

Generally speaking, doing something..anything...is better than adopting the fetal position and letting everyone use you for kicking practice.

If the New Directors get up it should cause an invigoration of the company and perhaps lead to a more determined effort to engage with all the stakeholders and communicate with the general public.

I am far from certain the New Directors will get the numbers but events of the last few weeks have shown that just the fear of being of being voted out has been a powerful catalyst for the incumbents. We are seeing a great deal more of them making a public effort to address shareholders grievances.
